Do you accept insurance?

No. Healthy Whole You does not bill insurance. Many insurance-based services require a medical diagnosis and fall within the scope of licensed medical providers. My services focus on functional health coaching, nutrition education, and wellness support rather than diagnosing or treating medical conditions.

The benefit of a cash-pay model is that pricing is transparent, and you will know the cost of services upfront.

How do I pay for consults, health coaching, and labs?

Consults & Health Coaching – Payments are processed securely through GoCardless.

​Labs – Payment options vary by laboratory. Many labs accept credit card payments and some may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. If a lab requires payment through Healthy Whole You, payment will be processed securely through GoCardless.

Are Functional Labs diagnostic?

Functional lab testing can provide information about patterns related to nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness. These tests are used to support education and personalized wellness recommendations and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
